Phase Termination Date means, with respect to each Phase, the last day of the property tax year which is the 29th year following the first property tax year in which the Phase is placed in service.

Anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the last Phase Termination Date shall be no later than December 31 of the year of the expiration of the twenty-ninth full calendar year, after the Commencement Date, provided, however, the County and the Company are entitled to extend the Phase Termination Date up to the maximum period of years that the annual fee payment is available to the Company under Section 12-44-30(21) of the Act, as amended.
