Phase of Development means a phase of development which shall be in accordance with the planning conditions to which the Planning Permission is subject
Phase of Development means a phase of development which shall be in

For clarification purposes, the first Phase (herein, “Phase I”) of the Project shall include: (i) the demolition of existing improvements located upon the West Parcels and the construction of a nine (9) story hotel building [eight (8) stories over parking, inclusive of the eight (8th) floor amenity level] and related infrastructure and improvements thereon; and (ii) the demolition of existing improvements located upon the East Parcels and the construction of a surface parking lot and related infrastructure and improvements thereon. The second Phase (herein “Phase II”) of the Project is optional (in the discretion of the Developer) shall be limited to the East Parcels and shall consist if the construction of two one (1) story retail buildings located at the southeast and southwest corners of the surface parking lot constructed as part of Phase I and the construction of a parking deck/structure thereover to provide additional parking for the Phase I and Phase II improvements.

  • Each Phase of development shall be subject to final site plan approval and shall comply with the City’s minimum development requirements for the uses included within each such Phase of Development except as otherwise is described in the adopted Planned Development and this Agreement.

  • The Developer shall make a written request to the City Engineer, or their designated representative, for a final inspection of the Improvements no sooner than two (2) years after the City’s Initial Acceptance of all of the Improvements for such Phase of Development.

  • A maintenance easement ("Common Facilities Maintenance Easement") shall be established over all of those stormwater management facilities and other Common Facilities located on the Final Plat or Final PUD Plan for each Phase of Development in favor of the VILLAGE and any future Property Owners Association which undertakes responsibility for the Common Facilities Maintenance.


More Definitions of Phase of Development

Phase of Development means (a) the Initial Property and (b) any portion of the Annexable Property subject to a Final Subdivision Public Report issued by CalBRE and annexed to this Declaration. 070802\8587958v5 6 �2 Section 1.36 "Project" shall mean the Initial Property and such other real property annexed pursuant to the provisions of this Declaration, including, without limitation, the Lots, the Common Areas, the Association Maintenance Areas and any and all improvements located thereon. Related to Phase of Development

  • Commencement of Development means the date on which any material operation (as defined in Section 56(4) of the Act) forming part of the Development is begun other than (for the purposes of this Deed and for no other purpose) operations consisting of site clearance, demolition work, archaeological investigations for the purpose of assessing ground conditions, remedial work in respect of any contamination or other adverse ground conditions, diversion and laying out of services, erection of any temporary display of site notices or advertisements and “Commence Development” shall be construed accordingly

  • Joint Development Agreement has the meaning provided in Section 5.3.

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Development means any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including, but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drilling operations, or storage of equipment or materials.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;
