Phase II Property definition

Phase II Property means Lot 2, Block 1, and Outlot A, The Yards Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof.
Phase II Property is defined in Section 2.09.
Phase II Property means the land and improvements with current addresses of 18 X. Xxxxxx, 7711 Carondelet and 7733 Carondelet in the City of Clayton, Missouri.

  • Upon execution of this Agreement, the Performance Agreement entered into by the Parties shall continue in full force and effect but shall be deemed amended to: (a) delete the Phase II Property from the Property covered by the Performance Agreement; and (b) clarify that the Kroger Store existing on the Effective Date constitutes the “Base Development” under the Performance Agreement even though the Kroger Store consists of more than 80,000 gross square feet.

  • Applicant will provide a permanent information display in a highly used location on the Phase II Property for commuter information and promotional material on transportation management programs in the TMD, the County and the region.

  • To accomplish the conveyance of the ground leasehold interest in the Phase I Property and/or the Phase II Property from the City to Developer pursuant to the Ground Lease(s), the Parties shall establish an escrow with Escrow Holder (the “Escrow”) not later than five (5) business days after the approval by Developer and the City of the Required Agreements, by each delivering three executed original counterparts of this Agreement to Escrow Holder.

  • If the Purchaser and the Seller are unable to agree upon an acceptable legal description for the Phase II Property or the Plans are rejected by the City and Purchaser is unable or unwilling to revise the Plans to address the City’s objections, except that Seller acknowledges that Purchaser’s general plan for the Property is set forth in the sketch attached as Exhibit B.


More Definitions of Phase II Property

Phase II Property means the land and improvements with current addresses of 18 S. Hanley, 7711 Carondelet and 7733 Carondelet in the City of Clayton, Missouri. “Platform” means IntraLinks/IntraAgency, SyndTrak or another relevant website or other information platform.
Phase II Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2. “Phase II Units” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1. “Potential Default” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.
Phase II Property means Lot 4, as shown on the Vesting Tentative Map, which is referred to as “Block D” in the fifth amendment to the DDA.
Phase II Property means the real property legally described under the heading Phase II Property in Exhibit B attached to this Agreement;
Phase II Property means the Phase II Land and the Phase II Development.
Phase II Property and “Phase II Properties” means any Qualified Phase II Properties and non-Qualified Phase II Properties.
Phase II Property means that portion of the Property generally described and identified as the Phase II Property on the attached Exhibit F.
