Phase II Improvements definition

Phase II Improvements means the corporate headquarters facility described in the applicable Plans and Specifications and located on the Phase II Land Interest, together with all other Improvements existing on or with respect to the Phase II Land Interest on the Land Interest Acquisition Date therefor.
Phase II Improvements means an additional 43,100 square feet of hangar space, all with a minimum door height of 28 feet and width of 100 feet together with 33,000 square feet of vehicle pavement.
Phase II Improvements. Thirteen (13) single family homes and three (3) townhomes on the real property described as the Phase II property on Attachment 1 (the “Phase II Lots”) and a public art installation to be installed on the real property currently platted as Outlot A.

  • Phase II Improvements at the Downtown Medical Campus may include (1) 30 Acute Rehabilitation beds; (2) 42 Behavioral Health beds, with a focus on Geriatric and Alzheimer’s patients; (3) Inpatient Support Services, including laboratories, pharmacies, and other administrative services; (4) Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation/Therapy Services; (5) Outpatient Radiation Therapy and Oncology Services; and (6) Ambulatory Services, including urgent care, outpatient surgery, and extended care services.

  • Developer shall, as part of the Phase II Improvements, acquire Outlot A, have a public Art Installation made on Outlot A and arrange for the ownership and maintenance of such to become the responsibility of the Humboldt Greenway Homeowner’s Association.

  • During construction of the Phase I Improvements and Phase II Improvements, the Redeveloper shall make available for use by the general public a minimum of one hundred (100) parking spaces.

  • The City shall not place the COLLEGE Property in a PID to fund up to $500,000 of the total cost of the Phase II Improvements.

  • The terms and conditions for approval of the Phase II Improvements may include terms and conditions in addition to those contained in this Agreement.


More Definitions of Phase II Improvements

Phase II Improvements means those improvements of the Phase II Project identified in the Project and Financing Plan.
Phase II Improvements shall be defined as those improvements that shall result in a 2-lane urban arterial paved roadway from Old Kings Road to Palm Harbor Parkway. Specifically, the Phase II Improvements shall consist of: 1) ROW that extends through the Phase I Improvements, connecting the Phase I Improvements to Palm Harbor Parkway south of Xxxxx Xxxx; 2) ROW that extends through the Palm Harbor Parkway east right of way within the Plat, connecting the completed Phase I Improvements to Matanzas Xxxxx Parkway and Old Kings Road, as depicted on Exhibit D.
Phase II Improvements means a building to be used as an office and warehouse, located on the Real Property and containing at least 80,000 square feet of floor space, and any sidewalks, parking lots, roads, outdoor lighting, landscaping and other improvements to serve the buildings, all as approximately shown in Exhibit C, attached to and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Phase II Improvements means those improvements for Phase II as described in the Xxxxxxx Phase 2 Construction Plans.
Phase II Improvements shall refer to Improvements as required for the future addition of a high school to the property.
Phase II Improvements is defined in Section 1.03(D)(1)(g).
Phase II Improvements means all construction, alterations, changes and improvements required to be made by the landlord under a Phase II Lease.
