Phase II Agreement definition

Phase II Agreement means an agreement between the Republic of South Africa and the Kingdom of Lesotho which provides the legal basis for the implementation of Phase II as well as for the operation and maintenance of Phase I and II of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project.
