Phase I Improvements definition

Phase I Improvements means the corporate headquarters facility described in the applicable Plans and Specifications and located on the Phase I Land Interest, together with all other Improvements existing on or with respect to the Phase I Land Interest on the Land Interest Acquisition Date therefor.

Phase I Improvements. That certain 66,606 square foot office building, together with all amenities, to be constructed on the Mortgaged Property, all as more particularly described in the Plans and Specifications.

More Definitions of Phase I Improvements

Phase I Improvements means a 5,000 square foot FBO Terminal, 71,700 square feet of hangar space, all with a minimum door height of 28 feet and width of 100 feet, 374,800 square feet of aircraft pavement, 55,000 square feet of vehicle pavement, and a fuel farm consisting of a minimum capacity of 10,000 gallons of AVGAS and 20,000 gallons of JET-A.

Phase I Improvements means the Apartment Project, the Liner Building Project and those improvements to be constructed on the Block C Property pursuant to the DDA.

Phase I Improvements shall be defined as those improvements to the Extension Right-of-Way that result in a 2-lane undivided urban arterial paved roadway located between Tracts CA-1A and CA-3B as shown on the Plat.

Phase I Improvements means those improvements for Phase I as described in the Xxxxxxx Phase 1 Construction Plans and the “Phase II Improvements” shall mean those improvements for Phase II as described in the Xxxxxxx Phase 2 Construction Plans.

Phase I Improvements shall refer to the Improvements as required for use as an elementary school.

Phase I Improvements means those improvements to be performed by each Participant (including the Greenway Improvements and the Public Improvements), all as more particularly described in Scope of Development Sections II.A. and II.B.
