Phase I Activities definition

Phase I Activities means a desktop review of the records maintained by Governmental Authorities and to the extent Seller or the Companies are able to secure availability without cost or violating any contractual obligation, interviews of personnel, but does not include any sampling, testing or similar invasive activities.

More Definitions of Phase I Activities

Phase I Activities means a review of the records maintained by Governmental Authorities, site visits to perform a visual inspection and interviews of Business Employees, but does not include any sampling or similar invasive activities.
