Phase 2 Work definition

Phase 2 Work means the Phase 2 Construction Work and the Phase 2 ETCS.
Phase 2 Work has the meaning set forth in the Concession Agreement. “Pledge Agreements” as the meaning assigned to it in Appendix A to the MSA.
Phase 2 Work means the construction of at least 60,000 square feet of office or other commercial space and at least 60,000 square feet of structured parking (or such lesser amounts as may be set forth on an Approved Site Plan approved by the City Council).

  • In the event that Contractor fails to provide Phase 1 or Phase 2 Work which meets the Acceptance Criteria of this Agreement during the Acceptance Window, City may, at its option, assess Liquidated Damages per Section 4.12 of this Agreement and/or terminate this Agreement under Section 8.2, Termination for Default.

  • Design Builder agrees that it will be responsible for paying all costs of completing the Phase 2 Work which exceed the GMP, as adjusted in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Should City reject either the Phase 1 or Phase 2 Work, then City is entitled to another Review Period upon receipt from Contractor of the revised Phase 1 or Phase 2 specifications.

  • The Phase 2 Work may start prior to the completion of Phase 1 so long it is not earlier than the specified Design/Construction Overlap Duration.

  • Design Builder agrees that it will be responsible for paying all costsof completing the Phase 2 Work which exceed the GMP, as adjusted in accordance with the Contract Documents.


More Definitions of Phase 2 Work

Phase 2 Work means, in connection with the Development, Purchaser shall perform certain site planning, site disturbance, infrastructure installation and other site work on the Seller Retained Parcel, all as more particularly described in the Lease.
Phase 2 Work consists generally of the design and construction of a new managed highway lane in each direction on U.S. 36 between 88th Street in Louisville, Colorado, and Table Mesa/Foothills Parkway in Boulder, Colorado (the “Phase 2 Corridor”) and the widening and pavement replacement of the general purpose highway lanes on the Phase 2 Corridor, the design and construction of certain bus rapid transit improvements along the Phase 2 Corridor, the design and construction of other improvements to the Phase 2 Corridor, including sound and retaining walls, bikeways, dynamic messaging signs and certain intelligent system improvements, and the installation and commissioning of an electronic tolling collection system, all as more specifically described in the Concession Agreement. The portion of the Phase 2 Work not financed with Proceeds of the Series 2014 Bonds was paid or financed, as applicable, with “Other Phase 2 Funds,” consisting of (a) proceeds of the TIFIA Phase 2 Loan, (b) proceeds of the Subordinated Loan, [(c) Equity Contributions (as defined in the MSA),] (d) the HPTE Capital Payment (as defined in the Concession Agreement) and
Phase 2 Work means the portion of the 3650-3660 X. Xxxxxxxx Redevelopment Project consisting of (a) the demolition and removal of an existing hotel and parking lots and related existing improvements located in the 3650-3660 X. Xxxxxxxx Redevelopment Area, (b) soil removal and grading,
Phase 2 Work means all performance and work required for, carried out or executed in or in relation to or in connection with, the construction and completion of the Gold Line Project and the Northwest Rail Electrified Segment Project, in each case as described in the Design, Construction and Rolling Stock Requirements, including any related Temporary Work.
Phase 2 Work shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Casmalia Consent Decree.
Phase 2 Work means the exploration, appraisal and/or development activities described under Phase 2 of the Work Program.
Phase 2 Work means the construction of sixty (60) purpose-built timeshare Units within Phase 2 of the Project and related facilities and the installation of the site development, landscaping, infrastructure, fixtures, furnishings and soft costs related thereto as shown as costs on the Phase 2 Total Budget and being performed by the Contractor, as further described in the applicable Specifications for Phase 2.
