Phase 1 Site definition

Phase 1 Site means those areas where the Phase 1 Liquefaction Facility will be located as shown in greater detail in Attachment 25.
Phase 1 Site means that portion of Sabine Pass, Louisiana at which the construction activity is being or shall be performed for the Phase 1 Project.

Examples of Phase 1 Site in a sentence

  • Various Preliminary Environmental (Phase 1) Site Assessments were conducted in 1990 and 1991 with respect to certain properties owned or operated by the Company and its subsidiaries.

  • Phase 1 Site Investigations It is recommended in the Rook I FS Technical Report that NexGen proceeds with site investigations to support basic engineering, including the following.

  • The Contractor shall be responsible at all times for security at the Phase 1 Site until Substantial Completion of Project 2.

  • Commencing with LNTP a progress meeting shall be held each Month by Contractor at the Phase 1 Site or at an alternate site mutually agreeable to Owner and Contractor and at a mutually agreeable time, for the purpose of reviewing with Owner the Monthly Progress Report issued during such Month.

  • The Contractor shall provide provisions for suitable first-aid facilities which shall be available to all personnel at Phase 1 Site, including those employed by Owner, Subcontractors and visitors.

  • The Contractor shall prepare within thirty (30) Days after Notice to Proceed a security plan for the Phase 1 Site for review by Owner, that shall address measures related to access to the Phase 1 Site by Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and third parties, personnel identification, coordination with security policies, enforcement, and compliance with the Phase 1 Site security policy.

  • With respect to all Work within the applicable portions of the Phase 1 Site after substantial completion of Project 1 or Project 2 (as applicable) under the Phase 1 EPC Agreement, Contractor shall comply, and cause its Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors to comply, with Owner’s health, safety, security and environmental policies governing Project 1 or Project 2 after substantial completion of Project 1 or Project 2 (as applicable) under the Phase 1 EPC Agreement.

  • Commencing with LNTP, weekly progress meetings will be held between Owner’s Representative or his designee, and any other Persons designated by Owner, and Contractor’s Key Personnel at the appropriate Phase 1 Site location, or as agreed by the Parties, Owner or Contractor home office.

  • Adequate fencing and security devices shall be provided and maintained to prevent unauthorized access to Phase 1 Site, and theft or damage.

Related to Phase 1 Site

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Phase III means Phase I (or Phase I/II), Phase II (or Phase II/III) and Phase III clinical trials, respectively, in each case as prescribed by applicable FDA IND Regulations, or any corresponding foreign statutes, rules or regulations.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Phase 1 Trial means a human clinical trial of a Product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a), or its foreign equivalent.

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Phase I means the first part of the tuition incentive assistance program defined as the academic period of 80 semester or 120 term credits, or less, leading to an associate degree or certificate.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of normal volunteers and/or patients that is designed to establish that such Product is safe for its intended use and to support its continued testing in Phase 2 Clinical Trials. For purposes of this Agreement, ‘initiation’ of a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a Product means the first dosing of such Product in a human subject in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Phase II Study means a study in humans of the safety, dose ranging or efficacy of a product, as further defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (or the equivalent thereof outside the United States).

  • Phase 2 Trial means a human clinical trial conducted on study subjects with the disease or condition being studied for the principal purpose of achieving a preliminary determination of efficacy or appropriate dosage ranges, as further described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b) (including any such clinical study in any country other than the United States).

  • Phase I Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product in human patients designated as a Phase I Trial and conducted primarily for the purpose of determining the safety of and/or the metabolism and pharmacologic actions of the Licensed Product in humans, as described under 21 CFR § 312.21(a) (as hereafter modified or amended) and any of its foreign equivalents. For purposes of this definition, Phase I Trial shall specifically exclude trials in healthy volunteers.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
