Pharmaceutical Products definition

Pharmaceutical Products means any product that under law may not be dispensed except pursuant to a prescription order written by a licensed medical professional and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.
Pharmaceutical Products means any product, compound, medicine or therapeutic which is subject to regulation as a drug, medicine or controlled substance by a foreign equivalent of the United States Food and Drug Administration.
Pharmaceutical Products means any substances resulting from preparing, preserving or compounding of medicinal drugs, vitamins or other materials used to enhance personal health. Cannabis products, including any cannabis products intended for external use, are not pharmaceutical products.

More Definitions of Pharmaceutical Products

Pharmaceutical Products means all Products being researched, tested, developed, manufactured or distributed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Section 335a or any similar state law or regulation under 42 U.S.C. Section 1320a-7.
