Pfizer Compound definition

Pfizer Compound means any Pfizer compound, any library of Pfizer compounds, and intermediates of any Pfizer compound, any impurities of any Pfizer compound, and any information regarding the chemical or biochemical properties of any Pfizer compound that Pfizer delivers to Xenogen Cranbury under this Agreement.

Pfizer Compound means a small molecule, biological molecule and/or drug candidate and/or other pharmaceutical agent in respect of which PFIZER has exclusive rights (e.g. by ownership or licence from a Third Party under relevant patents and patent applications at the time such Pfizer Compound is introduced into the Research Program.
