  • Note 8: Liabilities Subject to Compromise Liabilities subject to compromise include claims filed by creditors asserting obligations incurred prior to the Debtors’ respective Petition Dates, which have not yet been withdrawn, expunged, resolved, or paid and satisfied.

Related to Petition Dates

  • Petition Date means the date on which the Debtors commenced the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.
