Note 8: Liabilities Subject to Compromise Liabilities subject to compromise include claims filed by creditors asserting obligations incurred prior to the Debtors’ respective Petition Dates, which have not yet been withdrawn, expunged, resolved, or paid and satisfied.
The Debtors have relied on bank statements to list the bank account balances as of the respective Petition Dates, for amounts related to checking, savings and other financial accounts.
Listing a contract or agreement on Schedule G does not constitute an admission that such contract or agreement is an executory contract or unexpired lease or that such contract or agreement was in effect on the Petition Dates or is valid or enforceable.

Any default with respect to any Allowed Class 2 Claim that existed immediately prior to the Petition Dates will be deemed cured on the Effective Date.
Where the Schedules list creditors and set forth the Debtors’ scheduled amount of such claims, such scheduled amounts reflect amounts owed as of the Petition Dates, adjusted for any postpetition payments made on account of such claims pursuant to the authority granted to the Debtors by the Bankruptcy Court.
