PES Licence definition

PES Licence means a licence granted or to be granted under section 6(1)(c) of the Act;
PES Licence means the licence granted to REC by the Secretary of State under Section 6 of the Electricity Act authorising REC to distribute and/or supply electricity within an authorised area to the public, or any additional or replacement licence(s) for the supply and/or distribution of electricity granted from time to time to any member of the Group (or, if more than one replacement, the most recent such replacement), each as amended or modified from time to time;
PES Licence means the public electricity supply licence granted by the Secretary of State to Eastern Electricity plc under the Electricity Act (but for the avoidance of doubt excluding for this purpose any second tier licence) as in effect on the date of the Pricing Supplement and/or any Successor Licence.

  • Condition 9 in Part V of the SP PES Licence (“Condition 9”) and Condition 12 of the Manweb PES Licence (“Condition 12”) require the Distribution Businesses of SP and of Manweb to have information separation and managerial and operational independence from other businesses of SP and of Manweb.

  • Allowing non-residents into the laundry facilities or hosting non- residents while they do their laundry is not permitted.

  • It is, however, open to the DGES to seek modification of the PES Licence at any time by agreement with the licensee or, in the absence of agreement, following a reference to the Competition Commission under the Electricity Act 1989.

More Definitions of PES Licence

PES Licence means the public electricity supply licence granted by the Secretary of State for Energy to the Issuer under the Electricity Acx 0000 xn relation to its authorised area and excluding any second tier supply licence; and
PES Licence means the public electricity supply licence granted by the Secretary of State for Scotland to the Issuer under the Electricity Act (but for the avoidance of doubt excluding for this purpose any second tier licence) as comprised in the Composite Licence as in effect on the date of the relevant Pricing Supplement;
