Examples of Persons with Vision Impairments in a sentence
Within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the Effective Date, First Union shall commence implementation of an Auxiliary Aids and Services Policy and Procedure, pursuant to the terms of this section, to memorialize and enhance First Union’s present procedures to ensure that First Union’s printed materials regarding ATM services, consumer deposit accounts and consumer lending are communicated effectively to Persons with Vision Impairments as set forth below.
Washington Mutual will train relevant employees regarding the location, use and operation of Washington Mutual Talking ATMs and will instruct such employees in appropriate methods of instructing Persons with Vision Impairments how to use ATMs generally and the Talking ATMs in particular.
Xxxxx Fargo will not impose any charges or fees on Persons with Vision Impairments for providing any Auxiliary Aids and Services for print materials pursuant to this Agreement.
Washington Mutual shall not impose any fees or charges on Persons with Vision Impairments for providing any Auxiliary Aids or Services pursuant to this Understanding.
If Xxxxx Fargo should determine to adopt a method other than Enhanced ATMs for providing Persons with Vision Impairments independent access to banking services at Xxxxx Fargo ATMs, Xxxxx Fargo may request in writing that the parties modify this Agreement, provided that such other method: (a) provides independent access to the Core Functions to Persons with Vision Impairments, and (b) shall be implemented pursuant to the schedule contained in Section 3.1, above.
During the Pilot Project, Washington Mutual solicited input regarding Washington Mutual Talking ATMs from Persons with Vision Impairments.
To the extent Persons with Vision Impairments evince a desire to provide input at an Existing Bank of America ATM Location where a Talking ATM has been installed and which is staffed by Bank of America personnel, such personnel will be instructed to direct such Persons with Vision Impairments to the nearest telephone connecting to the Bank of America 24-Hour Telephone Customer Service.
Trained Washington Mutual employees will demonstrate Talking ATMs to Persons with Vision Impairments upon reasonable request therefor.
Each Enhanced ATM will have a symbol in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A that identifies to Persons with Vision Impairments that the ATM is an Enhanced ATM.
LaSalle will not impose any fees or charges on Persons with Vision Impairments or Blindness for providing any Auxiliary Aids or Services pursuant to this Agreement.
