Examples of Persons Insured in a sentence
WHAT WE WILL COVER We agree to cover Person(s) Insured for any Injury, loss and/or damage due to Accident up to the amount stated in the Policy Schedule subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations of this Policy.
Benefit 3 Medical Expenses We will pay for reasonable expenses incurred by Person(s) Insured for medical treatment received from a Medical Practitioner in a hospital or for home nursing care services rendered by a registered nurse.
Insured Person(s) Insured Person(s) shall mean the person or category of persons as described in each applicable Cover Level and to which the Benefit under each Cover Level applies.
In the event that Person(s) Insured shall be admitted into a hospital and/or receive medical treatment outside Malaysia and renders bills in a currency other than the Malaysian Ringgit, We shall indemnify the Person(s) Insured in Malaysian Ringgit based on the quoted exchange rate (open market rate if a free market, official rate if not a free market) at the date the Person(s) Insured are discharged from hospital or receive treatment.
Sum Insured (per person per Accident) As specified in the Policy Schedule Benefit 5 Ambulance FeesWe will reimburse ambulance fees incurred for ambulance services for transporting Person(s) Insured to and/or from the hospital as required after an Accident.
Person(s) Insured(A) Commercial Vehicle Person(s) Insured shall mean the driver and passengers in the Commercial Vehicle described in the Policy Schedule aged between 3 to 70 years.
Person(s) Insured shall include the rider aged between 16 and 70 years and pillion rider of the Motorcycle described in the Policy Schedule.

Double Indemnity In the event the Person(s) Insured suffers loss of both hands, both feet, sight in both eyes, or permanent quadriplegia (permanent total paralysis from the neck downwards), We will pay 200% of the Sum Insured of Benefit 2.
Interested PartiesWe shall unless otherwise expressly provided by Endorsement be entitled to treat You as the absolute owner of this Policy and shall not be bound to recognise any equitable or other claim to or interest in the Policy and the receipt by You or the Person(s) Insured or the Person(s) Insured’s next-of-kin or the Person’s Insured’s legal personal representatives alone shall be an effective discharge of all Our obligations and liabilities under this Policy.
