Persons Insured definition

Persons Insured means:
Persons Insured means You, the named driver appearing on the Rental Agreement governing the Rental Motor Vehicle or any additional named driver on the Rental Agreement as well as any Passengers and Child/Children in the Rented Motor Vehicle.
Persons Insured provision on each policy shall include as additional insureds: (1)"Monterey Peninsula Water Management District, their officers, directors, agents and employees”. Refer to Special Conditions in the Call for Bids for additional insured.

  • WHAT WE WILL COVER We agree to cover Person(s) Insured for any Injury, loss and/or damage due to Accident up to the amount stated in the Policy Schedule subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations of this Policy.

  • Benefit 3 Medical Expenses We will pay for reasonable expenses incurred by Person(s) Insured for medical treatment received from a Medical Practitioner in a hospital or for home nursing care services rendered by a registered nurse.

  • Sum Insured (per person per Accident) As specified in the Policy Schedule Benefit 5 Ambulance FeesWe will reimburse ambulance fees incurred for ambulance services for transporting Person(s) Insured to and/or from the hospital as required after an Accident.

  • Person(s) Insured(A) Commercial Vehicle Person(s) Insured shall mean the driver and passengers in the Commercial Vehicle described in the Policy Schedule aged between 3 to 70 years.

  • Person(s) Insured shall include the rider aged between 16 and 70 years and pillion rider of the Motorcycle described in the Policy Schedule.

  • In the event that Person(s) Insured shall be admitted into a hospital and/or receive medical treatment outside Malaysia and renders bills in a currency other than the Malaysian Ringgit, reimbursement shall be done in Malaysian Ringgit based on the quoted exchange rate (open market rate if a free market, official rate if not a free market) at the date the Person(s) Insured are discharged from hospital or received treatment.

  • Double Indemnity In the event the Person(s) Insured suffers loss of both hands, both feet, sight in both eyes, or permanent quadriplegia (permanent total paralysis from the neck downwards), We will pay 200% of the Sum Insured of Benefit 2.

  • Interested PartiesWe shall unless otherwise expressly provided by Endorsement be entitled to treat You as the absolute owner of this Policy and shall not be bound to recognise any equitable or other claim to or interest in the Policy and the receipt by You or the Person(s) Insured or the Person(s) Insured’s next-of-kin or the Person’s Insured’s legal personal representatives alone shall be an effective discharge of all Our obligations and liabilities under this Policy.

Persons Insured means only the named insured in Parts A and C. “Person Insured” is not a family member, “Resident” or “Resident Relative”.

  • Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy means an errors and omissions insurance policy maintained by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator, as the case may be, in accordance with Section 8.2, Section 9.2 and Section 7.17, respectively.

  • Additional Insured is defined in Section D of Annex D to the Lease.

  • Dental Insurance The District shall contribute $175.00 annually toward the cost of dental insurance whether for single or family coverage for full status employees who qualify for and enroll in the plan. The cost of the premium not contributed by the District for family coverage shall be borne by the employee through payroll deduction. This coverage shall continue for the duration of this contract.

  • R&W Insurer means AIG Specialty Insurance Company.

  • First party insurance means an insurance policy or contract in which the insurer agrees to pay a claim submitted to it by the insured for the insured's losses.

  • Persons with Special Needs means Person with special needs as defined in Section 420.0004(13), F.S.

  • Existing insurer means the insurance company whose policy or contract is or will be changed or affected in a manner described within the definition of “replacement.”

  • Excess Insurance shall not apply to any insurance coverage currently held by The Government of Bermuda, or to our Self-Insured Retentions of whatever nature.

  • Replacement cost for houses and other structures means the prevailing cost of replacing affected structures, in an area and of the quality similar to or better than that of the affected structures. Such costs will include: (a) transporting building materials to the construction site; (b) any labor and contractors’ fees; and (c) any registration costs.

  • Insurance means comprehensive insurance of the vehicle(s)/equipment and shall include insurance of the crew.

  • Insured means the Executive.
