Personnel Rates definition

Personnel Rates are the rates listed on Schedule E and any other labor rates agreed to by the parties in writing. Rates for Equipment operators shall, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or the Proposal to the contrary, not be considered Personnel Rates. Equipment operator costs are to be included in the Equipment Rates.
Personnel Rates means the day rates for Contractor’s personnel as specified in Attachment A3 to Exhibit AScope of Work.
Personnel Rates means time and materials rates by skill set as set forth in Schedule 5.8.2, and are applicable throughout the Term.

Examples of Personnel Rates in a sentence

  • Construction Manager has identified to the Owner its Senior Project Personnel, including the Construction Manager’s Project Manager who will be responsible for the Project, and all full-time supervisory personnel for the Project, including the superintendent, and their respective reimbursement rates (for salaries and benefits) as set out in Exhibit C (Construction Manager’s Personnel Rates Schedule).

  • The Design/Build Contractor and the Project Architect/Engineer shall promptly update and resubmit such Personnel Rates Schedules as required in the Special Conditions or Exhibits to this Agreement, including the “Design/Build Contractor’s Personnel and Monthly Salary Rates” form, indicating the list of persons by name and title and consultants if they change during the course of the Project.

  • The Project Architect/Engineer shall identify to the Owner the employees and other personnel that it will assign to the Project and provide such Personnel Rates information as required in the Special Conditions.

  • For lists and rates of available equipment, services, and/or personnel, please refer to the Equipment and Services Addendum and the Personnel Rates Addendum.

  • Volume discounts as described in Section 9.1(b) will be used in determining the applicable Personnel Rates.

  • However, if Construction Manager provides such attendance and assistance for the Project pursuant to a request from the District made after Final Completion of the Project, the District shall compensate the Construction Manager in accordance with the “Schedule of Personnel Rates for Personnel Billed as Additional CM Services” set forth in Exhibit “E” attached hereto.

  • The Personnel Rates are based on the assumption of an eight (8) hour workday devoted to Exelon-specific work with charges for partial Person Days being prorated.

  • In the case of Task Orders for Project Work, the additional detail shall identify the particular Project (and Milestone, if appropriate) on which the charge is predicated and include the calculations used to establish the charge for such Project or Milestone, including the amount of the Estimate therefore and the names, levels and Personnel Rates of the persons performing Services and the number of Person Days worked by each Vendor Personnel.

  • Contractor will print each invoice on Contractor’s standard printed bill form, and each invoice will include at least (i) the Agreement number, (ii) a unique invoice number, (iii) Contractor’s name and address, (iv) the nature of the invoiced charge, (v) the total invoiced amount, and (vi) the number of hours worked and the applicable hourly rate (as set forth in the Service and contractor Personnel Rates Table).

  • CM Construction Personnel Rates Stipulated hourly rate for CM personnel during the performance of CM Construction Services.


More Definitions of Personnel Rates

Personnel Rates means the day rates for Contractor’s personnel as specified in Attachment A3 to Exhibit AScope of Work.
Personnel Rates means the applicable Charges by skill set for Deliverables performed on a Time and Materials Basis as set out in Appendix D-3 (Personnel and Material Rates) to Schedule D (Pricing, Invoicing and Payments). 1.99. PIR has the meaning set out in Clause 12.5 of Schedule B (SOW). 1.100. PSIRA Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority Act (Act no. 56 of 2001) 1.101. Preferred Supplier means a Bidder within a Scanner Category who, following evaluation of RFP Proposals, has been appointed to Preferred status and who complies and remains in compliance with the rules and requirements to maintain Preferred Supplier status. 1.102. Preventative Maintenance has the meaning set forth in Clause 5.2 of Schedule B (SOW). 1.103. Problem means the unknown underlying cause of one or more Incidents.
Personnel Rates means the daily rates to be charged for Vendor Personnel as set forth in Schedule D.

Related to Personnel Rates

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;

  • Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. A personnel record shall not include:

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Goods and/or Services

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.

  • Skilled and trained workforce means a workforce that meets all of the following conditions:

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • CAISO Grid means the system of transmission lines and associated facilities of the Participating Transmission Owners that have been placed under the CAISO’s operational control.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Workforce means employees, volunteers, trainees or other persons whose performance of work is under the direct control of a party, whether or not they are paid by that party.

  • Sustainability Factors means environmental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights, anti‐corruption and anti‐bribery matters.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Recruitment fees means fees of any type, including charges, costs, assessments, or other financial obligations, that are associated with the recruiting process, regardless of the time, manner, or location of imposition or collection of the fee.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • District and high school graduation rate means the annual completion and pupil dropout rate that is calculated by the center pursuant to nationally recognized standards.

  • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) means a qualified person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.

  • Business Critical means any function identified in any Statement of Work as Business Critical.

  • Human service zone means a county or consolidated group of counties administering human services within a designated area in accordance with an agreement or plan approved by the department.

  • Social services means foster care, adoption, adoption assistance, child-protective services, domestic violence services, or any other services program implemented in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board. Social services also includes adult services pursuant to Article 4 (§ 51.5-144 et seq.) of Chapter 14 of Title 51.5 and adult protective services pursuant to Article 5 (§ 51.5-148) of Chapter 14 of Title 51.5 provided by local departments of social services in accordance with regulations and under the supervision of the Commissioner for Aging and Rehabilitative Services.

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.
