Personal Service Shops definition

Personal Service Shops means development used for the provision of personal services to an individual which are related to the care and appearance of the body, or the cleaning and repair of personal effects. This Use Class includes barbershops, hairdressers, beauty salons, tailors, dressmakers, shoe repair shops, and dry cleaning establishments and laundromats. This Use Class does not include Health Services.
Personal Service Shops means a building or part of a building in which professional or personal services are provided for gain and where the sale of retail goods is only accessory to the provisions of such service, including, but without limiting the generality of the forgoing, xxxxxx shops, beauty shops, tailor shops, laundry and dry-cleaning depots, shoe repair, health clinics, tanning salons, or local offices of professionals providing personal services such as physicians, dentists, lawyers, accountants, or realtors.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

"School service" does not include a website, mobile application or online service that is (a) used for the purposes of college and career readiness assessment or (b) designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.
