Personal Property Assets definition

Personal Property Assets all personal property of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries (other than the Licenses).
Personal Property Assets means all of the personal property of the PAA and any proceeds resulting for the sale of any personal property.

Personal Property Assets means all of VPC's (and any of its Controlled Affiliates) interest in the Pipeline Systems (to the extent that they constitute tangible personal property), the Terminals (to the extent that they constitute tangible personal property), the Material Contracts and the Intellectual Property and the Equipment.

Personal Property Assets means all Assets other than the Real Property Assets and water rights and development rights appurtenant to the Real Property Assets.

  • Real Property Assets means, as of any time, the real property assets (including interests in participating mortgages in which the Borrower’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by the Borrower, EQR and the Consolidated Subsidiaries of either or both at such time.
