Personal luggage means the whole of the luggage which a traveller is in a position to declare to the Customs Authorities of the Entities on his arrival in BiH, as well as any luggage presented to the same authorities at a later date, provided that evidence can be produced to prove that it was registered, at the time of the travellers’ departure, as accompanied luggage with the company which transported it into BiH from the country of departure.
