Personal License is defined as a license that grants the Licensee the right to install and run the Software on one designated computer with a single Operating System by one user at a time.

Personal License means a license designed for an individual and is based on the following principles. The access to the Software will be restricted to the specific individual to whom the license have been validly granted under this Agreement. In no event the Software may be used by anybody else than the respective individual. The Personal License shall be a worldwide license, provided that all the aforesaid limitations must be complied with for the entire term of the license.

Personal License means a Named User License that is used by a natural person, not a corporation, company, partnership or association or other entity or organisation. Release means a Major, Minor, or Patch Release. Response Time means the time during the Support Hours that elapses between the Supplier’s actual receipt of a Support Ticket issued by the Customer, and the commencement of Maintenance Services by the Supplier as defined in Section 7. Workaround means a way of circumventing a Defect without actually fixing it within the source code. A Workaround is mitigating the effect of the Defect, so that the user can use the Software reasonably. Working Days mean the locally recognized working days in Zurich (Switzerland) (excluding locally recognized public and bank holidays). Workstation means a computer onto which the Software was installed or copied by the Customer and which is used to run the Software.

Personal License means a personal, nonexclusive, worldwide license to use the Wavefield Image Technology for (i) analysis of seismic data as a service to third parties subject to the limitations below and (ii) analysis of seismic data from properties in which Employee has at least a twenty-five percent (25%) interest in the property or mineral rights or in the entity owning the property or mineral rights. The Personal License shall automatically terminate upon the earlier of Employee's breach of any of the license restrictions or his death. Within sixty (60) days of Employee's exercise of the foregoing option, the parties shall execute a license agreement memorializing the Personal License. Such license agreement shall include such other terms as are customary for such agreements.
