Personal jurisdiction definition

Personal jurisdiction means an authority by which a court of any respective jurisdiction may recognize and decide cases involving the User.
Personal jurisdiction means the legal authority of a tribunal to render judgment against a party to an action or a proceeding and subject a person to the decisions, rulings, and orders of the tribunal.
Personal jurisdiction means the jurisdiction enjoyed by the state over a natural or legal person (compare with “subject matter jurisdiction”).
