Personal Injury Claims definition

Personal Injury Claims means any Claim for death or personal injury, including all related Claims for damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, attorneys’ fees and costs, and any other related Claim.
Personal Injury Claims means those Allowed Claims asserting liabilities based on wrongful death, loss of consortium, personal injury, or product liability, including without limitation any claim relating to or arising from any alleged exposure to asbestos, treated under Class U-2A of this Plan.
Personal Injury Claims means those claims filed by plaintiffs in the MDL or in state court as of the deadline for filing an objection or to opt out of the Settlement, and who are not bound by this settlement. A current list of those Claimants is attached at Exhibit A.

It is expressly contemplated that a cause of action could include both Claims that are Personal Injury Claims and Claims that are not Personal Injury Claims.
Personal Injury Claims means all Claims alleging or involving personal injuries, wrongful death, or damages related thereto or arising in connection therewith asserted against any of the Debtors that, prior to the Effective Date, were not settled, compromised, or otherwise resolved.
