Personal Information definition

Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.
Personal Information means any information that, alone or in combination with other information held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, identifies or could reasonably be used to identify an individual, and any other personal information that is subject to any applicable Laws.

Examples of Personal Information in a sentence

  • In the event a party must disclose Personal Information to its third party service provider to carry out its obligations set forth in this agreement, such disclosure will only be done if the third party service provider has agreed in writing to be bound by confidentiality requirements similar to those found in this Agreement.

  • Under no circumstances may General Agent sell Personal Information to third parties without the express written authorization of Life Company.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, and subject to General Agent’s books and records, legal or regulatory retention requirements, General Agent will destroy all Personal Information obtained pursuant to this selling agreement in its (including any of its Associated Persons, employees or agents) possession, custody or control, or, upon request of Allianz and/or Life Company, return such Personal Information to Allianz and/or Life Company.

  • Each party to this Agreement agrees to comply with the requirements of Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6801 et seq., as may be amended from time to time, and any regulations adopted thereto, including Regulation S-P of the Securities and Exchange Commission as applicable, as well as with any other applicable federal or state privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Massachusetts Standards for the Protection of Personal Information, 201 CMR 17.00, et seq.

  • To the extent return or destruction is not feasible, General Agent will extend the protections of this Section 11 to such Personal Information for as long as the information is in its (including any of its Associated Persons, employees or agents) possession, custody or control.

Personal Information means any personally-identifiable information (e.g., person’s name, address, credit card number, email address) that is provided, generated, collected, accessed, stored or obtained pursuant to this Agreement, including transactional and other data pertaining to individuals.
