Personal Financial Data definition

Personal Financial Data means financial account statements and other financial data that you provide to us or authorize us to have access in order to deliver the Services to which you have subscribed.
Personal Financial Data means information in the control or possession of a covered person concerning any consumer financial product or service that a consumer obtains from such person, including information relating to any transaction, series of transactions, or to an account including costs, charges and usage data.

  • In the event your Data contains any PII, We will make best effort not to read, process or store such information on Canopy, and prevent them from appearing in your Canopy user area or in the reports generated by Us. Our Data Retention policy further dictates that We will delete your original Personal Financial Data (as defined below) within a reasonable time after the relevant financial information therein has been extracted and processed into Our database for the purpose of generating reports.

Related to Personal Financial Data

  • Financial Data means any financial and market data, price quotes, news, analyst opinions, research reports, signals, graphs or any other data or information whatsoever available through the Trading Platform.

  • Annual Financial Information means annual financial information as such term is used in paragraph (b)(5)(i) of the Rule and specified in Section 3(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Selected Consolidated Financial Data and "Capitalization" fairly present the information set forth therein on a basis consistent with that of the audited financial statements contained in the Registration Statement.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Additional Financial Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under clause 1.2 of this agreement to enable the parties to fulfil their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Annual Financial Statement is defined in Section 10.1(a).
