Personal Deviation definition

Personal Deviation means: 1) An activity that is not reasonably related to the Covered Activity; and 2) Not incidental to the purpose of the Trip.

Personal Deviation as used here, means an activity that is not reasonably related to your business, and not incidental to the business trip.

Personal Deviation means an activity that is not reasonably related to "commuting" and is not incidental to "commuting".

Examples of Personal Deviation in a sentence

• It includes the period of time from the start of the trip until its end provided the Covered Person is engaged in a Covered Activity or Personal Deviation if covered under the Policy.

Personal Deviation as used herein, means an activity that is not reasonably related to the Employer’s business, and not incidental to the business trip.” This coverage will start at the actual start of a trip when the destination is outside the Insured’s country of permanent assignment. It does not matter whether the trip starts at the Insured’s home, place of work, or other place. This coverage will end when the Insured:
