Personal Data Protection Legislation definition

Personal Data Protection Legislation means the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of such Data (Law N. 125 (I) / 2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
Personal Data Protection Legislation when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean, collectively, Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, as implemented in Cyprus law by Cyprus Law 138(I)2001 on the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of Individuals), as amended by Cyprus Law of 2003 (37(I)2003) on the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of Individuals), as the same may be in force from time to time and modified or amended from time to time;
Personal Data Protection Legislation means all Laws applicable to Personal Data Processing under the Contract.

Personal Data Legislation is applied only in cases where the client is from EU and/or where the client is residing in the territory of EU and/or EEA area.
