Personal Data Legislation definition

Personal Data Legislation has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.1 of Schedule 1.5 (Information about Passengers);
Personal Data Legislation means the European Regulation 2016/679 relating to the processing of Personal Data and any other laws relating to the processing of Personal data applicable during the term of this Agreement.The terms Controller, Processor, Data Subject, Personal Data and transfer of Personal Data will have the meaning provided in the EU Data Protection Directive.
