Personal Data definition

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Personal Data means any information relating to (i) an identified or identifiable natural person and, (ii) an identified or identifiable legal entity (where such information is protected similarly as personal data or personally identifiable information under applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations), where for each (i) or (ii), such data is Customer Data.

Examples of Personal Data in a sentence

  • The Company and its Service Provider will retain the Grantee’s Personal Data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was processed for the duration of this Agreement, unless a longer period is required to comply with applicable laws.

  • Retention periods may vary depending on i) purpose for which the Personal Data was collected and used, which may differ depending on the nature of the Personal Data and the activities involved, ii) the length of the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, or iii) whether there are legal obligations to which either the Company or the Grantee are subject.

  • The Grantee’s participation in the Plan and his or her performance under this Agreement, including agreeing to the Processing of the necessary Personal Data is purely voluntary.

  • In order to protect the Grantee’s privacy, where Personal Data are transferred by or on behalf of the Company to other countries or organizations that have not been recognized as providing regulatory protection similar to the Grantee’s country, the Company contractually obliges its international entities, affiliates and service providers to comply with the applicable data protection laws and principles through standard clauses that have been approved or recognized by the relevant regulators.

  • The Grantee may end his or her participation in the Plan, terminate this Agreement or deny or withdraw his or her consent to the transfer of his or her Personal Data at any time.
