Perpetual Licence definition

Perpetual Licence means a perpetual license to the Software that is identified in the pertaining applicable Order and is subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 1.2.1.2 (Perpetual Licences) and 1.4 (Use Restrictions).
Perpetual Licence means a perpetual, royalty free, non-exclusive licence granted by PTLGateway to the Customer where PTLGateway retains all Intellectual Property Rights in the relevant materials. The terms of the Perpetual Licence shall entitle the Customer to use, copy, adapt, develop and modify the same for the purpose of the Customer’s personal use of the Hosted Applications (regardless of whether such use is through the Hosted Applications provided by PTLGateway, through another Managed Service Provider or in house) and such licence shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Perpetual Licence. A licence acquired by paying a fixed licence fee that allows access to a named Hindenburg Product in perpetuity, in the released version and on the operating system versions supported at time of licensing.

More Definitions of Perpetual Licence

Perpetual Licence means a Licence to the Software under clause 2.1 that is licensed to you on a perpetual-basis, as designated on an Order Form. Renewal Term means 12 months. Services means collectively, the Support Services, Training Services and any other services obtained by you under this Agreement. Software means the software specified on the Order Form that you are licensed to use under this Agreement, including any enhancement, modification, upgrade or new release of that software that we make available to you under the Support Services or otherwise. Subscription means a Licence to the Software under clause 2.1 that is licensed to you on a subscription-basis as designated on an Order Form. Subscription Fee means the annual fee subscription licence fee specified on the Invoice for the Subscription, payable to us for the use of the Software. Support Fee means fee for the Support Service as specified in our Invoice or otherwise in accordance with the rates notified to you from time to time.
Perpetual Licence means the purchase by the Licensee of a permanent Licence to a copy of a section of the Licensed Work to be held by the Licensee or to be held pro tem by Digitorial for access by the Licensee under the terms of this Agreement.
