The Tenant must assume liability for and pay any Community Infrastructure Xxxx payable under Part 11 of the Planning Act 2008 or any other similar payments or liabilities that become due as a result of it (or its sub-tenants or other occupiers of the Premises) carrying out any Permitted Works or changing the use of the Premises.
