Permitted Works definition

Permitted Works means any works or installations [(including any External Works)] to which the Landlord has consented or for which, under Clause 4.11, the Landlord's consent is not required[ together with any Prior Lease Alterations]12;
Permitted Works means "Permitted Works" as defined in the Lease.
Permitted Works means the construction of a car park and access on the Licence Area as indicated on drawing 93/17/01B annexed to the Licence and in accordance with planning permission dated 16 May 1995 issued by Babergh District Council in pursuance of application number B/93/0866 and in accordance with detailed plans and specifications first approved by the Covenantee in writing as provided for in Clause 5(a) of the Licence

  • The Tenant must assume liability for and pay any Community Infrastructure Xxxx payable under Part 11 of the Planning Act 2008 or any other similar payments or liabilities that become due as a result of it (or its sub-tenants or other occupiers of the Premises) carrying out any Permitted Works or changing the use of the Premises.

  • The Permittee warrants the Permitted Works for a period of eighteen (18) months after substantial performance.

  • The Director reserves the right to require a construction schedule requiring that the Permitted Works be completed in identifiable stages.The Permittee may request an extension to the Completion Date if, within ten days of an incident, the Permittee brings the incident to the attention of the Director and provides the Director with supporting information as to why the incident would justify an extension to the Completion Date.


More Definitions of Permitted Works

Permitted Works means the works (as more particularly described in Schedule 4) to be carried out, by or on behalf of ProductionCo, at the Location and/or Premises. Personnel means all employees, freelancers, actors, agents, representatives and any other persons connected with ProductionCo who may from time to time be present at the Location and/or the Premises Premises means the BL premises at 00 Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx XX0 0XX. Prior Information shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 4. Reinstatement Period shall mean the period (as set out in Schedule 4) within which any Reinstatement Works are to be carried out by ProductionCo. Reinstatement Works means any reinstatement and/or making-good of any damage to the Location and/or the Premises or any part thereof within the Reinstatement Period.

  • Derivative Works means any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of, the Work and Derivative Works thereof.

  • Derivative Work means a work that is based on one or more preexisting works (such as a revision, translation, dramatization, motion picture version, abridgment, condensation, enhancement, modification, or any other form in which preexisting work may be recast, transformed, or adapted) which, if created without the authorization of the copyright owner of the preexisting work, would constitute copyright infringement.

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Restricted materials means pesticides established as restricted materials under Title 3, California Code of Regulations, section 6400.

  • Excluded Intellectual Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(b)(iv).

  • Permitted Users has the meaning given in Section 14.02;

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.

  • Research Materials means all tangible materials other than Subject Data first produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.

  • Day works means varied work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for the Service Provider's employees and equipment, in addition to payments for associated materials and administration.

  • Work Products are defined as all materials, tangible or not, created in whatever medium pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation publications, promotional or educational materials, reports, manuals, specifications, drawings and sketches, computer programs, software and databases, schematics, marks, logos, graphic designs, notes, matters and combinations thereof, and all forms of intellectual property.

  • Permitted Uses means a use, listed in a permitted use table, that shall be approved with or without conditions provided the requirements and regulations of Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, are satisfied;

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.
