Permitted Variance definition

Permitted Variance has the meaning given in Section 6.15.
Permitted Variance has the meaning set forth in Section 4.06(a).
Permitted Variance means that the aggregate disbursements of the Debtors of cash in the Cash Collateral Account in any full two-week period shall not exceed one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the aggregate amount of projected disbursements for such two-week period as provided for in the Forbearance Budget. Any disbursement projected to be made in in the Forbearance Budget in a particular week that is not made by the Debtors in such week may be made in a subsequent week or weeks, provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the Permitted Variance, such disbursement shall be treated as if it had been made in the week set forth in the Forbearance Budget.

More Definitions of Permitted Variance

Permitted Variance means, for each Budget Period, the product of (x) the aggregate amount of the Budget for such Budget Period and (y) 10%.
Permitted Variance means a variance of up to 15% between the actual disbursements for the applicable four (4) week period and the "Total Operating Disbursements" line item as set forth in the Budget for the applicable 4 week period (other than professional fees).

Permitted Variance means, with respect to (A) weighted average FICO Score, 0.50%: (B) weighted average original term to maturity, 5.0%; (C) weighted average remaining term to maturity, 5.0%; (D) geographic concentration, 3.0%; and (E) vehicle model concentration, 5.0%.
Permitted Variance means, any variance that does not violate Section 6.12(b).
Permitted Variance means, with respect to either the Receipts Variance or the Disbursements Variance, a variance that would not result in a default under the Budget Covenant.
