Permitted Uses definition

Permitted Uses means a use, listed in a permitted use table, that shall be approved with or without conditions provided the requirements and regulations of Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, are satisfied;

Permitted Uses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.

Permitted Uses. Tenant’s use of the Premises shall be limited to general office use and storage incidental thereto. Tenant’s rights to use the Premises shall be subject to all applicable laws and governmental rules and regulations and to all reasonable requirements of the insurers of the Building.

Examples of Permitted Uses in a sentence

• Licensee is prohibited from using Licensed Material for any other use including commercial use, publication, and other non-commercial, including internal, uses for purposes beyond the Permitted Uses herein.

• Participant is hereby granted access to and the right to use the Exchange for Permitted Uses (described below).

• VITL is the statewide health information exchange organization for the State of Vermont and in such capacity has created the Vermont Health Information Exchange (the “VHIE”) whereby Participating Health Care Providers make patient information available on the VHIE to be accessed for Permitted Uses.

• The above-mentioned use(s) shall be referred to as the “Permitted Use(s).” Any use by the Lessee that does not correspond to the Permitted Use(s) shall be by prior written consent of the Lessor only.

• Licensee shall only use the Licensed Material for the Permitted Uses (as that term is defined in Section 6 herein below).

Permitted Uses means making, using, selling, offering for sale, importing or distributing any implementation of the Specification 1) only to the extent it implements the Specification and 2) so long as all required portions of the Specification are implemented. Permitted Uses do not extend to any portion of an implementation that is not included in the Specification.

Permitted Uses shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.6.2.

Permitted Uses means the payment of expenses incurred in the ordinary course of the Borrower's business and other lawful corporate purposes.
