The other Health Information Exchange represents (i) that its participants are health care providers or are otherwise eligible to receive and disclose health information for Permitted Purposes, and (ii) that the other Health Information Exchange has valid agreements with its participants under which it is authorized by them to request, receive and disclose health information on their behalf.
