Permitted Outside Parties definition

Permitted Outside Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.2(b).

Permitted Outside Parties means Purchaser's consultants, agents, attorneys, appraisers, engineers, architects, construction contractors, accountants, lenders, potential credit enhancers or investors.
