Examples of Permitted Materials in a sentence
Tenant shall properly dispose of any Hazardous Materials and Permitted Materials permitted to be used and stored on the Premises by licensed haulers to licensed facilities in accordance with Environmental Law.
In the event a Release of Hazardous Materials or Poisons (excluding the permitted quantity of Permitted Materials) or violation of any Environmental Laws, Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord of any such discovery.
The Leased Premises will not be used in any manner for the storage of any Hazardous Substances except for the temporary storage of such materials that are used in the ordinary course of Tenant’s business (Permitted Materials) provided such Permitted Materials are properly stored in a manner and location meeting all Environmental Laws.
Landlord or Landlord’s representative, accompanied by the Tenant or its representative, shall have the right but not the obligation to enter the Leased Premises for the purpose of inspecting the storage, use and disposal of Permitted Materials to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws.
Tenant shall keep appropriate records regarding the application of the Permitted Materials and provide copies of such records to Landlord upon Xxxxxxxx’s request.
