Permitted Location definition

Permitted Location means a place—
Permitted Location means (a) any location described on Schedule 2 or Schedule 8 of the Collateral Disclosure Certificate and (b) any location as to which the Borrower shall have provided written notice to the Agent.

More Definitions of Permitted Location

Permitted Location means the permitted location described in each Livestock Supply Agreement where all Livestock described in each Livestock Supply Form must be kept in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Permitted Location means any location that is (i) real property owned by a Borrower Party, (ii) leased premises where the fair market value of the Inventory stored or located at such leased premises is $150,000 or less, (iii) leased premises in regard to which the landlord thereof shall have executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent a Collateral Access Agreement or with respect to which the Administrative Agent has established a Rent Reserve, or (iv) premises where a bailee, warehouseman or similar party is in possession of such Inventory and shall have executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent a Collateral Access Agreement; provided, however, a Permitted Location shall not include any location with the aggregate fair market value of all Inventory at such location, together with all other Inventory located within a reasonable proximity to such location, is less than $75,000.
Permitted Location are: (i) Collateral locations identified in the Perfection Certificate; (ii) locations where Collateral may be temporarily located for sales, testing or demonstration purposes, (iii) locations where movable goods, such as mobile phones, laptops and similar Equipment may be located with employees and consultants, (iv) locations where Collateral may be located with contract manufacturers in the ordinary course of business, (v) locations of deposit and securities accounts otherwise permitted hereunder, and (vi) other locations where Collateral with an aggregate book value of less than $500,000 may be stored or located in the ordinary course of business.
Permitted Location means (a) any location described on Schedule 5.1(x), and (b) any other location of which the Borrower has provided at least fifteen (15) days’ (or such shorter period as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent) written notice to the Administrative Agent, and the Administrative Agent shall have consented in writing before such location’s being a “Permitted Location.”
Permitted Location means the Site or any other location required under the Charter Documents as the Lenders may approve in accordance with clause 24.12 (Negative covenants).
Permitted Location means (a) any location described on Schedule 4.2 of the Pledge and Security Agreement and (b) any location as to which a Borrower shall have provided written notice to Agent.
