Permitted Linked Account definition

Permitted Linked Account means any of the following accounts: account ending 8820 maintained at Truist Bank and account ending 7356 maintained at Bank of America, N.A.

Permitted Linked Account means the accounts maintained at Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. listed on Schedule IV.

Permitted Linked Account means (i) with respect to Truist Bank, SPV’s account number ending in 3352 at Truist Bank, and (ii) with respect to Bank of America, N.A., none.

Examples of Permitted Linked Account in a sentence

• Except for any Permitted Linked Account, there are no Linked Accounts with respect to any Collection Account.

• Except for any Permitted Linked Account, there are no Linked Accounts with respect to any Collection Account maintained at Bank of America, N.A. or Truist Financial Corp.

• Except for any Permitted Linked Account, the Borrower shall not permit any Linked Account to exist with respect to any Collection Account maintained at Truist Financial Corp.

• Except for any Permitted Linked Account, the Seller shall not permit any Linked Account to exist with respect to any Collection Account; provided, however, that at any time during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Seller shall, if so instructed by the Administrative Agent (in its sole discretion), cause each Permitted Linked Account to cease being a “Linked Account” promptly, but not later than two (2) Business Days following the Seller’s or the Servicer’s receipt of such instruction.

More Definitions of Permitted Linked Account

Permitted Linked Account means each deposit account listed on Schedule II to this Agreement (as such schedule may be modified from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof).

Permitted Linked Account means any of the following accounts maintained at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.: 581776991 and 582281983.

Permitted Linked Account means the account with account number 4013361829 held at Wxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association in the name of EMO.

Permitted Linked Account means each of accounts 00000000 and 600835136078.

Permitted Linked Account means each account listed as a “Linked Account” on Schedule II to this Agreement (as such schedule may be modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof) (in each case, in the name of the Seller) and maintained at a bank or other financial institution acting as a Collection Account Bank pursuant to an Account Control Agreement.

Permitted Linked Account means any Master Account.

Permitted Linked Account means Moog’s account number 4121813794 at Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association.
