Permitted Licensees definition

Permitted Licensees means (i) licensees of any of ACADIA’s rights to Pimavanserin outside the Territory and/or (ii) licensees of any of ACADIA’s rights to Pimavanserin outside the Field in the Territory, as the case may be.
Permitted Licensees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.10 of this Lease.
Permitted Licensees means licensees of Lanxide, LTC or Lanxide K.K. other than DLC, LAP, LEC or their successors or assigns.

  • Permitted License means any non-exclusive license of patent rights of Borrower or its Subsidiaries so long as all such Permitted Licenses are granted to third parties in the Ordinary Course of Business, do not result in a legal transfer of title to the licensed property, and have been granted in exchange for fair consideration.

  • Licensed IP Rights means, collectively, the Licensed Patent Rights and the Licensed Know-How Rights.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • Licensee Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.

  • Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Permitted Person means – the Representatives of the Recipient; and any other person to whom the Recipient discloses Confidential Information with the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party;

  • Licensors means each entity listed on the list entitled “Licensors” which can be accessed on the Website and which may be amended from time to time by Licensing Company; provided, however, that “Licensors” for the purposes of this License Agreement shall only include those entities that are listed on the list entitled “Licensors” during the Term.

  • Licensor Know-How means any and all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and (b) pertains to the Manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products, including Research Inventions (other than Research Patents).
