Permitted Licensee definition

Permitted Licensee is defined in Section 5.10(a).

Permitted Licensee means a Third Party counterparty to a license entered into in the ordinary course of the Company’s Business in the development, manufacture, or commercialization of any Product.

Permitted Licensee means a Third Party counterparty to a Permitted License.

Permitted Licensee means any internationally recognized pharmaceutical or life sciences company with (i) market capitalization at the time any Permitted License is entered into in excess of $[**], ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ and (ii) significant experience in the development and commercialization of treatment for rare diseases in the jurisdiction of the Permitted License.

Permitted Licensee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.10 hereof.

Permitted Licensee means any counterparty to a Permitted License.

Permitted Licensee with respect to a Party means (i) each affiliate and related company of the Party and (ii) the customers or end-users of such Party to the extent any Joint Technology is utilized in the products or services supplied by the Parties.
