  • Amounts held in any funds or accounts created under this Funding Loan Agreement shall be invested by the Fiscal Agent, the Funding Lender, the Servicer or the designee of the Funding Lender or Servicer, as applicable, in Permitted Investments at the written direction of the Borrower, subject in all cases to the restrictions of Section 8.7 hereof and of the Tax Certificate.
