Examples of permitted hours in a sentence
Owner shall provide to the Premises heating, ventilation and air-conditioning during the Permitted Hours.
Subject to the Licensee’s obligations under clause 3 and the termination provisions in clause 5 of the Schedule, the Managing Trustees permit the Licensee to occupy the Premises for the Permitted Use for the Licence Period during the Permitted Hours in common with the Managing Trustees and all others authorised by the Managing Trustees together with the Rights on the terms and conditions set out in the Schedule.
Permitted Hours of use for bookings are between the hours of 8.00am and 11.00pm every day of the year, except on bank holidays and other public holidays.
The definitions set out in the Particulars and in this clause 12 apply in this licence: Agreed Equipment: such property or equipment of the Licensee that the Managing Trustees agree (from time to time) may be left on the Premises, or elsewhere in the Building, outside of the Permitted Hours.
For the duration of the Term of the Licence the Licensee shall be permitted to use the Licensed Area, but only during the permitted hours of use set out in Item 4 of the Schedule (Permitted Hours of Use).
