Permitted Flag Jurisdiction definition

Permitted Flag Jurisdiction means the Republic of the Mxxxxxxx Islands, the Bahamas, Panama, Bermuda, the Republic of Cyprus, Isle of Man, Liberia, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, or any other jurisdiction approved by the Administrative Agent (such approval not to be withheld unreasonably).
Permitted Flag Jurisdiction means any of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, xxx Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxx, xxx Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Malta, the Republic of Cyprus, the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, the British Virgin Islands and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and any other jurisdiction generally acceptable to institutional lenders in the shipping industry, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors.
Permitted Flag Jurisdiction means the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Bahamas, Panama, Bermuda, the Republic of Cyprus, Isle of Man, Liberia, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, or any other jurisdiction approved by the Administrative Agent (such approval not to be withheld unreasonably).
