Permitted Extensions definition

Permitted Extensions means extensions to the Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date due to Permitting Delay, Transmission Delay, or Force Majeure Extension, as applicable, pursuant to Section 3.9(c).
Permitted Extensions has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.2.

More Definitions of Permitted Extensions

Permitted Extensions means extensions to either of the Construction Start Date or Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date due to Permitting Delay, Transmission Delay, Force Majeure Construction Extension, as applicable, pursuant to Section 5.3 or 5.4.
Permitted Extensions means extensions to either of the Guaranteed Project Milestones due to Permitting Delay, Transmission Delay, Force Majeure Construction Extension, as applicable, to each Guaranteed Project Milestone pursuant to Section 3.9(c)(iii)(A) or (B), as applicable.
Permitted Extensions means, collectively, all extensions due to (a) Force Majeure pursuant to Section 12, Force Majeure, but in no event shall such extension exceed one hundred eighty (180) Days from the aforesaid date, (b) a breach of this Agreement by Buyer, (c) Interconnection Delays and (d) if applicable, an extension in the MPSC Approval Deadline pursuant to Subsection 2.1, Effective Date and Term.
