Examples of Permitted Court in a sentence

  • The Parties further irrevocably and unconditionally waive any objection to the laying of venue of such legal action or lawsuit in a Permitted Court.

More Definitions of Permitted Court

Permitted Court means the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas, Texas or, if such court does not have jurisdiction, any district court of Dallas County in the State of Texas.
