Permitted changes to the scope of work or duration may warrant consideration for adjustment of the fixed fee portion of cost plus fixed fee or lump sum reimbursed contracts.
Permitted changes include redefining the hedged risk to reference a risk-free rate and redefining the description of the hedging instruments and/or the hedged items to reflect the risk-free rate.
