Permitted Assignment means a Permitted Subsidiary Assignment or a Permitted Third-Party Assignment.

Permitted Assignment is defined in Section 7.06(b) of this Agreement.

In the event of a Permitted Assignment not to an Affiliate, the assigning party will provide written notice of the assignment within thirty (30) days following the Permitted Assignment.
