Any Part removed from the Airframe or from any Engine as provided in Section 4.04(a) may be subjected by the Company to a pooling or parts leasing agreement or arrangement entered into in the ordinary course of the Company's business with any Permitted Air Carrier; provided that, the part replacing such removed Part shall be incorporated or installed in or attached to such Airframe or Engine in accordance with Sections 4.04(a) and 4.04(b) as promptly as practicable after the removal of such removed Part.

More Definitions of Permitted Air Carrier

Permitted Air Carrier means any U.S. Air Carrier or any air carrier with its principal executive offices in a country listed on Schedule I to the Mortgage and which is authorized to conduct commercial airline operations and to operate jet aircraft under the applicable Laws of such country.
