Permits and Consents means any permit, consent, approval, licence, permission, certificate or authorisation, supply or connection that is required in relation to the implementation of the Concession in accordance with the Laws and issued by the State or any Competent Authority or any Public Utility Organisation;

  • Permits and Consents Without limiting clause 8.3 of the Conditions of Subcontract, the Subcontractor must: obtain Approvals required under the Heritage Act to carry out, or otherwise arising out of or in connection with, the Subcontractor’s Activities; and comply with conditions of any such Approval in carrying out the Subcontractor’s Activities, including the engagement and supervision of any archaeological work by a qualified archaeologist.

  • Permits and Licenses means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, exception, variance or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of a government or governmental agency or under any applicable law, regulation, rule or order.

  • Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

  • Necessary Consents means planning permission and all other consents, licences, permissions and approvals whether of a public or private nature which shall be relevant in the context;

  • Necessary preconstruction approvals or permits means those permits or approvals required under federal air quality control laws and regulations and those air quality control laws and regulations which are part of the applicable State Implementation Plan.

  • Governmental Permits has the meaning specified in Section 5.8.

  • Environmental Authorization Any license, permit, order, approval, consent, notice, registration, filing or other form of permission or authorization required under any Environmental Law.
