Permit Plans definition

Permit Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 below.
Permit Plans means that Permit Set of drawings dated January 8, 2010 prepared by Group MacKenzie and identified in the Index of Drawings on page 1 of Exhibit A attached hereto, a copy of which Permit Plans has been provided to Tenant. On January 8, 2010, Landlord submitted the Permit Plans to the City of Portland in connection with its application for a construction permit for the Parking Lot Improvements. Landlord agrees that the Parking Lot Improvements shall be completed in a good and workmanlike manner substantially in accordance with the Permit Plans, and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of governmental agencies and authorities and the provisions of the Parking Lot Easement. Subject to Force Majeure Delays (defined in Section 15.11), Landlord shall substantially complete the construction of the Parking Lot Improvements and obtain all governmental approvals necessary for Tenant’s use of the Parking Premises as a parking lot by the date of issuance of the certificate of occupancy by the City of Portland for Tenant’s occupancy of the Building Premises for the conduct of its manufacturing business (but not later than May 1, 2010). Once the initial construction of the Parking Lot Improvements are completed in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with this Lease and applicable laws, Landlord shall have no further obligation to perform any work or make any improvements, alterations, repairs or replacements on or to the same.

Related to Permit Plans

  • As built plans means drawings depicting conditions as they were actually constructed.

  • Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • Benefit Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

  • Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Company Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • Company Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Seller Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained, or contributed to, by the Seller or any ERISA Affiliate.

  • Benefit Plan means any of (a) an “employee benefit plan” (as defined in ERISA) that is subject to Title I of ERISA, (b) a “plan” as defined in and subject to Section 4975 of the Code or (c) any Person whose assets include (for purposes of ERISA Section 3(42) or otherwise for purposes of Title I of ERISA or Section 4975 of the Code) the assets of any such “employee benefit plan” or “plan”.

  • Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).

  • Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).

  • Statutory Plans means statutory benefit plans which a Party or any of its subsidiaries is required to participate in or comply with or in respect of which any of them has an actual or potential liability, including the Canada Pension Plan and Quebec Pension Plan and plans administered pursuant to applicable health, tax, workplace safety insurance and employment insurance legislation;

  • Plans means all maps, drawings, sketches and layout as incorporated in the Contract in order to define broadly the scope and specifications of the work & works and all reproductions thereof.

  • ERISA Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(n)(1).

  • Benefit Arrangements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.20(b).

  • Material Agreements shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.16 hereof.

  • Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a).

  • Seller 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(e).

  • Stock Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.

  • Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Employee Benefit Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).
