Permit Approval definition

Permit Approval means approval by the relevant regulatory agencies of any Permit and shall be deemed obtained upon the issuance of such Permit, and shall not be invalidated by the pendency of an appeal or other post-issuance challenge to the issuance of the Permit.

Permit Approval means obtaining all material Permits required for Operations (including, without limitation, an NRC License with respect to operation of a mill for milling and processing Products, in the event that the Members mutually determine pursuant to Section 3.4 that the Mill Property be contributed to the Company) in a form that contains only conditions that are fully within the Manager’s or the Company’s control to meet or perform.
